Setup begins at 7:00 am, sign-in by 7:30 am, and 30-minutes of practice before the competition period.
Match Details: Shooters have 2 minutes and 10 rounds to get as many points as possible. There is a maximum of 27 points possible.
There are Round Steel swinger targets of different sizes, with the point value for each target shown above, on the square plate. Shooting is from the bench.
Equipment: Any 22 LR Rifle, Rear Bag (optional, must be a true bag with no ears or hard flat surface), Front Rest may be any Bag, or a Bipod (weighing less than 1 ½ pounds)
Prep: Participants have two minutes to prepare for each course of fire, prior to the two-minute scoring period.
Courses of fire:

4”, 3”, 2” at 150 yards, on a rack

2” target, at 100,125 and 150 yards

2”, 1-1/2”, and 1”, with 5’ lateral separation, at 100 yards
Target Nomination: Start on the 1-point target (largest/closest).
- A hit can move you to a higher point target. A miss moves you back. If you score a hit on the 2-point target, then nominate the 3-point target, and miss, you reshoot the ‘2’. If you then miss the ‘2’, go back to the ‘1’ point target. Unlimited misses on the 1 point target.
- Shooters must verbally nominate the next target to the spotter/scorer, by calling out the point value of the target.
- Shooters can remain on any target, assuming continuous hits, or go back to a lower scoring target at any time.
- “Mulligan” A 6-inch square target is at each course of fire - If a shooter wishes to check wind holdoff during the 2-minute shooting period, the shooter can call a “Mulligan”. The shooter then loses 2 points. There are unlimited shots on each ‘Mulligan’, within the 10-round limit. The shooter returns to the last nominated scoring target. If the shooter subsequently nominates a second “Mulligan”, a further one point will be subtracted from that round's score. No final score will be less than zero.
Match Instructions:
"Shooter to the bench" - The shooter must be present at the bench with a loaded magazine (10 rounds in the magazine, not inserted in the firearm), rifle with the muzzle up, carrying bags, assume your position on the bench with your equipment, insert the magazine.
“Ten seconds, load” - Close the bolt, cycle the action.
“For two minutes, FIRE”
“Cease fire, Insert ECI.” Remove equipment to rifle rack.
Shooters will be squadded at each course of fire…there will be (x) shooters, and a spotter, and a scorer, both of whom will rotate through the squad. Spotter will watch the targets, and call hits and point scored, and the next target nominated by the shooter. Scorer will tabulate each shot/score on the scoring tablet, then total the score, and the shooter will sign his score sheet.
